Who are we?

The Marple Business Forum represents the retailers and businesses of Marple. Our aim is to promote the town, represent the best interest of its members when dealing with Stockport Council, police and other authorities, and act as a discussion forum for local businesses at our regular meetings.

As a pressure group we help bring about improvements to our town: we were instrumental in getting security CCTV installed. We are also responsible for the Christmas lights! Now numbering almost 100 members, the Marple Business Forum grew out of the former Marple Chamber of Trade.
